Rachel is an exceptionally well motivated, solution driven business professional with a proven track record and a fantastic enthusiasm for sales & business development!

Rachel has over 20 years of extensive experience in sales, sales/people management, business development and recruitment marketing & selection strategy gained predominantly whilst working within the Daily Mail and General Trust Group.

She has considerable experience training, coaching and mentoring trainee sales executives through to senior management and director level staff. 

After leaving the media industry at the top of her game and with a wealth of knowledge & expertise, she now aids others achieve their ultimate sales/business goals.

All of Rachel’s training is wholly interactive. Her focus lies in making the courses she delivers fun, simple and practical (as well as challenging & focused). She knows, through experience, that delegates are more likely to absorb information and remain enthusiastic if the content is uncomplicated and the atmosphere is upbeat and motivational.

Shamsa Smith has gained over 20 years of human resource management experience in the public and private sector. Shamsa is registered with the British Psychology Society and licensed to use psychometric tests. She has extensive knowledge and experience in job analysis techniques and of developing competencies for individual or groups of jobs. Shamsa's work also includes recruitment & selection, appraisal, and assessment centre development and training. She hold a Masters degree in Manpower Studies from the University of Westminster.
